SMS Text Messaging and Consent

Text messages are optional. Beside the mobile number field when you sign in to book at https://realm-47.com/book, on the profile step, and on your account page, there is a separate, unchecked box for appointment texts (confirmations, reminders, changes, and after-care instructions). We send you appointment texts only if you tick it. If you don't, you can still book, and we send confirmations and reminders by email when we have your email address. Promotional texts are a second, separate box, also unchecked, and are sent only if you tick that one. You may also sign up at https://realm-47.com/sms-optin, where appointment texts and promotional texts are the same two separate boxes; if you chose no appointment texts when you signed in, ticking that box sends one text to your number to confirm, and replying START turns them on. Clients who booked with us before October 2, 2026 keep receiving appointment texts under the consent they gave when they booked, until they reply STOP. Whatever you choose, if you text or call us, we may answer you by text in that conversation, including a person at our studio replying within a week of your last message.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you re-enroll by replying START. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.

Sharing and Disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who operate our services on our behalf — such as our booking, payment, and messaging platforms — and they may use it only to provide those services. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is not shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for the purposes in this Policy, or as the law requires. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
